Its creative and different, the highlights have a good blend into the black and has the perfect effect of making her skin look paler, but to be honest I don’t think she should tie it up in pigtails because it only suits being tied up like that with short hair.
Either way she’s done a great job with the color. I love it. It isn’t a conventional Emo look which makes it stand out all the more. I wish more people were this brave in society to adopt a style that was true to themselves.
